All payment options, which are available at the moment for the user, will be listed during the transaction process. To make a deposit via bank transfer, the user must obtain the payment details from the platform. Payment details of Eurotransfer are disclosed only to clients of the platform.
Performing the transaction is the action initiated by the user. This action constitutes affirmation that you are an authorized and eligible owner of the account, assuming full responsibility for payments made on the platform.
After this confirmation, the transaction is considered irrevocably processed, and you agree that you cannot cancel the payment or request a cancellation. Once a cryptocurrency settlement has been communicated and confirmed through the appropriate network, Eurotransfer cannot reverse it.
Additional costs of the user’s payment provider, taxes, and charges are outside the scope of this Policy. Eurotransfer is not liable for any issues related to processing your payment information or for any refusal from the user’s bank to authorize the payment.
All transactions are processed promptly, but please be aware that processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen and the policies of the financial institutions involved. We strive to complete all transactions within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Eurotransfer retains the authority to refuse to process or cancel any transaction involving cryptocurrency or any of its services, as mandated by law or in response to a law enforcement action, court order, or other binding requests.
If suspicion arises that a transaction may involve, or pose a high risk of involvement in, activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crimes, restricted activities, or dishonest behavior of the client, such transactions shall be frozen and declined and investigated in a legally prescribed manner.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent illegal activities, we may need to verify all payments and refund-related information. This may include requesting identification documents and additional information from the client.
Eurotransfer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, which includes changes to operating time, availability of services, listing of the services provided, without prior notice or liability.
Fees may apply to transactions depending on the payment method and the specific conditions of the transaction. These fees will be clearly displayed prior to the completion of any transaction.
By clicking the “Pay” button, you express consent to the payment conditions provided by the platform (including but not limited to amount, fees) and authorize the payment.
We do not reverse settlements once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Please ensure that you are fully aware of the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions. Once you have completed a purchase, the funds used to acquire the cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
For initiating a withdrawal through SEPA bank transfer, the user needs to complete an electronic form available on the platform. Once the information provided is successfully verified, the withdrawal will be processed within the specified timeframe.
Payments are made only to a client’s designated bank account.

All fees incurred during the processing of a refund or return will be the sole responsibility of the user. Please note that due to the volatility of cryptocurrency prices, we cannot guarantee a refund of the exact cryptocurrency amount received.
